I was doing a search for homemade clubbells and kettlebells and I came across a site called torque atheltics. They have everything and anything in regards to the alternatives of normal fitness equipment. I thought you guys and gals would like to know where to pick stuff up like kettlebells, rope grips, etc. Enjoy!

Just Ordered the V-Max Weight Vest!
As per the title of this post, just ordered the vest! It was a Christmas present from my wife. I ordered the 50 pound vest. I'll let you know how it works out for me. Stay tuned! =)
Quick Thoughts on the Roto Press!
I gotta say... I love it! It's a great alternative to the everyday average push up bar. It puts a twist to things! No pun intended! =) It gives you more variety so you're not bored with the upper body work that you would do with or without push up bars. Not only does it take away the boredom factor but it also makes your body work more than it normally would with normal push ups. I would suggest this for anyone wanting to add more functional exercises to their current workouts!
Just Picked Up the Roto Press!
I just ordered the Roto Press from www.rotopressonline.com. I first caught a glimpse of it in the December issues of Grappling magazine and I checked out their website. I saw a few videos clips and some of the things you can do with it and I was sold! It's a cool new twist to the push up bar and what you can do and what it works. I'll let you guys know how it goes when I get it in. Check them out! I bet you'll like them!

I just got my order!
I just got my order of Wade Schalles' DVD set of legal pain, Stephan Kesting's Grappling Drills and his new Half guard DVD, and to top it all off I also got Eddie Bravo's new book Mastering the Rubber Guard! I'll be posting up my reviews soon! I just gotta say though, from the little bit I've seen so far, I'm liking what I'm seeing! So watch out for my reviews!
Also on a side note. As I skimmed through Eddie's book I saw a listing of other books through Victory Belt. I don't know how many know this yet or not but, I saw that BJ Penn has 7 books coming out soon! 1 is on MMA, 3 on no-gi BJJ, and the other 3 on gi BJJ. Also it looked as if Eddie will be putting out a DVD on Mastering the Rubber Guard as well. I can't wait! I just thought I'd let that out there! Something for you guys and gals to look out for!
